Bill is an honest men and very professional. I visited the shop and bill gave me some advice, booked me in for measurements. I picked 3 samples, Bill then came with those samples. After looked at my floor, Bill asked me if I wanted to try get it cleaned first. He then ran back to shop and grabbed a cleaning solution for me. He spent some time help me clean the panel, and the dirt went off. He advised me to get my floor deep clean first before I decide to change the floor as I'm having LVT already. I did a deep clean using the product today and it looked quite nice afterwards. Bill has integrity and he is not like other flooring installer who only want to make business grow. He gave genuine advice! His quotation was competitive anyways. I probably still gonna change the flooring in a couple of years time and I will definitely go back to Bill and I also recommended him to my friends.

We recently had our carpets fitted in our living room, stairs and landing. We contacted Bill from opulent homes and he came over within a few days to measure up and gave us a great selection of carpet samples to choose from and explained the different styles. We arranged to have the carpets fitted a few weeks later, which was great and not too long to wait! On the day bill dropped the carpets off early as planned and then the carpet fitters arrived later as arranged and fitted the carpets. They did a fantastic job and were great! A great service all round and defiently recommend! 5*****

Beautiful shop caught my eye! I wasnt disappointed. Bill was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Excellent range of good quality products at fair prices. I picked a Cormar Carpet for my spare room after researching online and talking to Bill. It was ordered and Jordan fitted within a week. Definitely be using for the rest of my house, would not hesitate to recommend. No stupid sales techniques or pressure to buy.

We recently had amtico flooring fitted in our new kitchen/ diner and couldnt be more pleased with the results! We were given a great selection to choose from and managed to get stock and date for fitting in very quickly. The fitters were also excellent, the whole process was smooth and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thanks

Before fitting Bill was fantastic in helping us choose the perfect Amtico flooring for our large kitchen/living space. He was able to offer great advice due to some issues with previous builders and brought us large samples to see in our room. His fitter Jordan worked extremely hard and did a brilliant job laying in a herringbone pattern and we couldnt love the end result more.
