What can I say! The team from the top down were fantastic. I had a new bathroom renovation with a new walk in shower installed for my mother, who is very unwell. Mike (sales) came out the next day after my first enquiry and made great suggestions to what we needed and respected the budget. I had the estimate the following day and the work was locked in and underway a few weeks later. The tradesman (Liam) was very professional, polite, clean and respectful and did a WONDERFUL job. If youre looking for an expert Solar PV and battery system installation, look no further. It was hard enough trying to get a quote from some other local companies, and their lack of engagement was frustrating. I then came across Gas Safe which at first puzzled me thinking that they would only be expert in gas installations. I then got talking with Jay who filled me with confidence in their solar expertise and I ordered a pretty large installation with them. They were excellent value and I cannot fault their workmanship, attention to detail and after-sales service. The installation team were polite and a hardworking team of experts, listening to them singing along to 90s pop music was pretty entertaining and showed that they were happy at work which I think results in a better result. They do a pretty good rendition of Mmmbop too! Ive seen a lot of photos of poor installation online, and was keen to compare ours when complete. The wiring in our garage is so neat it resembles a map of the London Underground, and the fitment of the bird protection is seamless. Paul was great at overseeing the job, and helped brilliantly with any snagging arriving quickly when one of our outside lights tripped the system (this was no way connected to their work). If you want a brilliant installation team you can trust, Id save time looking elsewhere
