Ambient handled the whole supply and installation of our main bathroom. We had some challenging requirements; remodelling the layout, dry lining walls, fully hidden pipe work and we expected all fit and finishing to be top quality. Lee and his team of specialists delivered everything we hoped for. The attention to detail is incredible and commitment to getting the job done is a credit to Lee and the respect he gets from the people he calls on to carry out their trades. No waiting around, no down days, even when parts were wrong or needed last minute (including a full boiler replacement) they arrived and were fitted without delay. Happy to hear and give advice and discuss the work at any point, no detail too small. An excellent team Id recommend to anyone. Lee fitted our new shower/toilet/sink and project managed the full bathroom refurbishment. He did a great job but the thing which stood out was his commitment to getting things just right and speed in addressing the inevitable curve-balls. Ambient installed an entire new bathroom for us in our spare room up stairs. Lee, his apprentice and the other trades people did an excellent job of turning a small 3rd bedroom into a superb, well finished bathroom. It was our first big job in a new house and he guided us through lots of the process, he was friendly and professional when around and managed to do the full job with minimal distribution to us ( I worked from home while the installation was happening). Lee linked us to a good showroom but also was more than happy to install anything else and talked us through the different qualities of the products we were buying. He was responsive before, during and after and I feel I could get in touch with Ambient if there was an issue following the installation. We're really pleased with the final result. All in all of you're looking for a new bathroom installer you could do no better than Ambient.
