        Had a brief but great experience dealing with those guys regarding my chunky Thinkpad laptop. Prompt diagnosis and honest opinions provided with multiple options to proceed thats honestly the best services Ive received so far and made my day so much easier. And to top it all the whole diagnosis is free of charge and personally I havent seen such level of transparency and honesty in the IT domain for a long time. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

        When a long and important document suddenly disappeared from my computer screen and despite all attempts to retrieve it, it remained invisible, I knew gotoiT could help. Having received their professional help for previous problems, I felt confident they would sort it out-and they did.Caused by a corrupted file I soon had a copy which I could work on ...and advice re backups. GotoiT are mega knowledgable, friendly, fast and efficient for all computer problems and five star rated.

        Due to failure of old computer, we purchased new PC from goto iT, including the transfer of data. Excellent service and support. We were unable to find corrupted data on new laptop, which did not transfer over. Staff went out of their way to resolve the issue. Can highly recommend this company, would not hesitate to return
