Popped in on a whim having rekindled my childhood miniature hobby during lockdown. Chap was amazing, challenged my 8 year old to find a certain figure in the big diorama, gave us a couple of figures as a prize, offered a 20 minute painting lesson (sadly were on our way to ninja warrior), chatted to me about the games on offer then pointed out I could get a far better starter set than the necrons I was buying... 5 more and got 15 more minis. The boy couldn't wait to get home to try painting his prize. Credit to the hobby and the company. Now to see if the boy gets bitten by the bug!

Visited to pick up the monthly free model for the first time, to test if I wanted to get back into warhammer. Staff basically just pointed at a pile of sprues and said there you go. I had no idea what I was meant to do and asked them a few times and gradually got bit by bit of information. Really hasn't motivated me to go back.
