Very boutique shop that doesnt really cater for any specific market but nice design and reasonable store layout. Staff playing games on the computer and didnt offer any help which was very strange to see.

Wed previously visited the Bristol showroom in January as we loved the Easy-Peasy sofa range but had seen on-line that it was being discontinued. The sales assistant was extremely helpful checking stock availability. She also introduced us to several new sofa ranges, one which was similar to our original choice which gave us extra time to go home, measure up and ponder style and colour options. We went back to the Bristol store today (April) to take another look at colour options. The sales assistant from our previous visit immediately recognised us and was a great help in making our final decision and purchase. We cant wait to take delivery in the next couple of months of our Bunny Hug extra large sofa and two armchairs! Apologies, in our excitement we forgot the name of the lovely shop assistant. She was working alongside Rosa today.

A wonderful experience! We visited 3 times whilst making the big decision of which sofa was perfect for us and chatted with Anya every time. She was so welcoming and friendly and didnt put any pressure on us to decide quickly. She helped us mull over fabric choices and gave great advice on what would be best for our new home and our two dogs! Cant recommend the store, and particularly Anya, highly enough!
