        One of the staff in this store has amazing customer service went out her way to try and find a purse that I was looking for, unfortunately it was not exactly what I wanted. Very impressed by her lovely nature and helpfulness, an asset to the company.

        Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried..a credit to the brand!!! I really wanted a pair of dungarees, I wasn't sure what size to buy, the staff said it was a online product but we're so helpful that they went out their way to find the same material in a pair of ordinary jeans so we could work the sizing out for the dungarees...I was blown away by the help I received!! Thanks ladies

        Just been to Joules saying zip on my jacket was coming adrift. Unexpectedly they changed it for a new one without a quibble. I didn't expect this as I did not have the receipt. Esther the assistant was lovely and a credit to Joules at The Mall, Bristol. Thank you Joules from a satisfied customer
