I have been looking for accessories to go with a dress I bought somewhere else. This was not a problem to the amazing staff at the Cribbs Causeway branch. Nothing was too much trouble, even though I bought shoes, bags, jackets and Fascinators and returned to the store about 3 times to change it all. They werent pushing me to be quick. They had time for me. I was served by Kate each time, who I believe was the Assistant Manager. An absolutely brilliant, kind and thoughtful lady. I would definitely recommend a visit to this store. I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff particularly Maria who helped my mum pick an outfit in store today. They were extremely patient and kind offering advice and different options.

Big thanks to Olivia! What a true gem I was struggling to find a graduation outfit she kindly & expertly helped me find a outfit nothing was too much trouble Im delighted. Its so refreshing to go Into a store & find a helpful member of staff who seemed genuinely interested. Well done x

We went to Phase Eight yesterday to find my mum an outfit to wear to my upcoming wedding. My mum is disabled and wears a splint so has been nervous about finding an outfit, however Olivia could not have been more amazing. She picked out many dresses and outfits in my mums size for us to try, offered us lots of advise and was so attentive. She made a daunting trip an absolutely fantastic experience , could not have asked for better customer service! You are a credit to the team.
