Lauren was so kind and helpful. My friend is new to make up and Lauren was really good and not patronising at all which can be the case in some cases. Would definitely recommend!

Lauren approached me in a very friendly manner whilst I was shopping and introduced me to Benefit, I had a lovely experience of maximising me eyebrows and eyelashes, she and her colleague made me feel so much at ease . I was so pleased with Lauren her advice was amazing, I made several purchases and put into practice what Lauren had taught me the results are amazing my eyelashes are so full! I visited John Lewis Cribbs Causeway, Bristol and highly recommend a visit to Benefit
