Having been caught up in events in the wider economy affecting housing supply after selling our family home of 27 years, we rented through Savills Clifton office. Experiencing personal and economic upheaval is hard; patience can be strained and the stresses involved are considerable. Part of the counterbalance to this can be the services of an agent who has not succumbed to complacency. Our main point of contact was Jane Simpson-Browne, Prime Property Manager. Janes commitment was total and she always responded quickly and effectively to our messages. We understood the limitations of her position and she had a good grasp of the experience of tenants, working effectively to get things done and was a source of practical solutions. We have now purchased a property and moved on. Whilst we view with relief the achievement of having found our home, we look back with appreciation on the efforts of Jane and her colleagues. Troy, from Savills, was the estate agent who was the most enthusiastic about my house, which was uplifting and very reassuring. He promised to get the best price for me, that he would find the right buyers for me and that he would be at the end of a phone throughout the whole process. He completely delivered on all his promises. He was kind, personable, efficient and trustworthy. Savills also got the photos done, the copy written and it was on the market within a week. I am more than happy with Savills and would highly recommend anyone using them.
