Update after escalation: Stay away. Even after escalating the support through complaints, they still get things wrong and dont communicate. After escalation, my case was "prioritied". Support representative said an engineer was visiting to do X, however that was not what they needed to do. I emailed the support representative to explain what needed to be done. They already should have known this from the previous emails. They assured me that the engineer could do everything that was needed to be done. Which I doubted. Long story short, they couldn't. So the visit was literally a waste of time. A manager visited and said he would email a follow-up the next day. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. This company is a joke. Original: Do not bother. 2 months of chase-up emails and still no response to rectify multiple issues.
