I used car clinic earlier in the year for my MOT and I was really impressed. The guys are so friendly and make you feel very welcome and at ease in the garage. I took it for a full service this week and I've picked it up and it's like driving a new car!! I'm so impressed. They are so thorough but fair. Never said I've needed something doing if I don't. Don't think i'll go anywhere else again and I will recommend to all my friends and family! Thanks again guys. Service: Oil change

I took my car to The Car Clinic after hearing some great reviews. I rang in advance and asked if they could help with an electrical fault in my car and they said it was something they could do. I was surprised by this as most garages I contacted informed me that electrical work wasn't something they specialised in nevertheless, I was pleased to find a garage who were able to take on the job. After inspecting my car, The Car Clinic told me they couldn't fix it and charged me just over 89. This invoice was said to be for labour and parts, which consisted of changing some bulbs. The Car Clinic did not contact me before this work was carried out. If they had done so, I would have informed them that I already had the new bulbs sitting unopened in the car. The bulbs that were put into my car blew all of a few days later. Originally, The Car Clinic agreed to take another look but have not returned my call or message. Since then, another garage has informed me they did not even fit the correct bulbs. I feel like as an inexperienced car person, I was taken advantage of. I can only describe their service as a daylight robbery. Going forwards, I will be contacting trading standards and urge others to think twice before using this Garage Service: Electrical
