L&P were the quickest of 5 plumbers to come out and give me a quote. Not only that they were really thorough noticing a couple of things on the old boiler installation that weren't up to regs. They offered to install a new boiler on Friday the same week. Same ball park price as quotes on other companies but just seemed more thorough. The actual job was done in a day. Richard who came round was really nice and considerate. I was working from home on the phones and when he had some drilling through the wall to do he checked with me when would be a good time. I also feel really confident they will look after me and my boiler into the future. Update: I had a small leak from a radiator. Lee came out and sorted it right out. Very friendly and helpful. We used L and P heating to install our new combi boiler. Lee's team were quick and efficient and had the job done within a good time frame and were professional throughout, however, we had faults on the horizon. The condensation pump that was installed along with the boiler packed up on us shortly after our boilers first birthday. Lee sent one of his guys out to replace the pump but unfortunately the next pump started to exhibit problems. The whole thing needed looking at in the end and after a few pipes were moved and the pump raised up a little higher our boiler was up and running as it should. This might seem like bit of a moan but it's the complete opposite. Lee was completely professional and helped us throughout. We would use L and P heating in a heartbeat in the future, friends of ours already have on our recommendation. Great service, great company
