        Contacted core heating with a request for help on a fix on a front fire of a very old ch system . Andy was the only one to get back to me and whilst not a system he covered he recommended a colleague whom I then spoke to who gave me just the help I needed ( turned out visit wasnt even needed!) I am beyond grateful for the practical help provided and will certainly approach them when its time to replace the old system from the qualities demonstrated of courtesy, reliability, practicality and knowledge . Thank you Andy and Ben
