As well as managing all sub-contractors, Berkeley Place managed all sub-contractor costs and staged payment, which as a homeowner was an essential service. Nick has been a real star, serious, professional and capable. I had a weird problem in my kitchen, and he addressed it the best he could. I would definitely recommend him for your jobs. His courtesy and availability go over and above what I have previously experienced from businesses like his. If you are tired of contractors who are coming late, are not reliable and messy, here we go: he will exceed your expectations.

Berkeley Place completed a stunning flat renovation for me in Clifton in 2020, despite the challenges of Covid 19. Kate come up with brilliant ideas of how to make better use of the space available including adding an en-suite and clever storage solutions. The team were able to safely complete the project through the pandemic and made it a stress free process. The quality of the end finish was amazing, bringing out the beauty of the original features whilst creating an overall contemporary living space.
