Steve and Sarah at Peak Performance Physio have taken a step up to different level of treatment. My back has had to be carefully managed for over 20 years now, and when I started training for a bike ride it kept letting me down. The gym at the Gloucestershire County Ground called simply BS7, told me to talk to Steve Griffin. Since then I have not looked back. I have made steady progress, and Steve seems to know what is right for me. My body was in a bit of a mess, but now I see that I can get fitter, even at my age. He has also treated my 14 year old daughter for a dance injury and gave excellent advice. Apart from being a very knowledgeable physiotherapist he is also a good bloke. I am grateful for the introduction and would recommend them to all.

Ive had help from both Sarah and Steve to assist with a variety of issues from sporting injuries to those you gain from sitting wrongly at your desk day after day, related to both muscles and nerves. They seem to have an innate ability to very quickly identify what has been causing the problem and provide recommendations of how to eliminate them, in addition to treatment to reduce the pain. They deal with top sportsman at the cricket club who Im sure demand the elite in treatment and that is what you get at Peak Performance Physio. Both Sarah and Steve are very accessible and have answered queries Ive had between appointments by email. I wouldnt consider going to any other physio in Bristol.
