    I was looking for a personal trainer who could be flexible with daytime hours as that's the only time I could train. I wanted to feel stronger and tone up. I tried a few, but Tom was by far the most knowledgeable and very flexible to suit my hours. His online sessions were perfect for in between our personal training sessions to do at home. So if ever I couldn't make it, I could still catch up on exercise. He wasn't just making me do the exercises, he also explained why we did them and what it was targeting. So I learned a lot. He also introduced me to new techniques, which I really enjoyed and after a bad experience with kettlebells in the past, he made me see the benefits of it and get the technique down. Now I actually enjoy it. The results I saw were very much around strength. I felt stronger and more agile with lots more energy. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is ready to take their exercise seriously and push themselves to a new level.

    This is a great class if you want to improve your all round fitness. You can make it as intense as you want, and really is suitable for all abilities, even when you are injured. I have trained with Tom for many years and he really is the best! His knowledge of the human body and what it can do is incredibly useful when it comes to finding the best exercise for your body, and he even manages to do that in a class full of other people. Even if you've never exercised before, this is the place to get you started and keep you going.

    I first heard about ProTom Fitness/4 Core Fitness when attending a talk given by Bristol based adventure racer Nick Gracie and was intrigued to hear Nick say that attending Tom's classes had helped his running and to be injury free. I've now been attending classes for over 2 years and it's been great. The classes are hard but well pitched and varied, and importantly also hugely enjoyable; Dom, Tom and the other instructors are fair and encouraging, helping you get the best from yourself in every class. I feel that the classes have helped my running as well as my overall fitness and conditioning. I've also recently been having some individual PT sessions with Dom as I've been injured - these sessions have also been excellent with Dom pitching each session perfectly, and patiently encouraging me and supporting my recovery and rehab. I highly recommend all that they do!

    I have been training with Tom and Dom for the last 8 months - the first time I have consistently and regularly exercised. The classes are challenging and fun. Results - definitely stronger and generally have a lot more energy. Definitely recommend!
