I am currently undergoing rehabilitation following a serious ligamentous injury to my knee. As a 65 year old doctor who has dealt with therapy colleagues throughout my career I reckon I can recognise a good therapist when I work with one. Ben Conway adds that motivational magic to a strong theoretical knowledge base and oodles of practical hands on experience. The facilities and convenience are also worth highlighting. All in all I'm in great hands. Thanks guys

I met Chris about ten years ago and it is not an understatement to say that I cant live without him! He has kept me running/competing after multiple different triathlon injuries and is incredibly knowledgeable and also so sympathetic and optimistic. Essential for self-obsessed triathletes, desperate to get back to training! Everything he tells me to do works without fail and gets me back on the road quickly and stronger. Thank you, Chris, if I havent said it often enough!

Have been seeing Gareth at Redland and can highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and after a few sessions I'm already seeing great progress. After a detailed initial appointment, he put together a personalised rehab programme for me and this is obviously grounded on a sound understanding of sports science and experience. Credit also to the reception team at Redland who have been very friendly and professional. Overall an excellent experience.
