        The 4 star review Im giving is because of the service received from Amy Williams in sales - excellent throughout. However, I ended up arranging my own finance and GAP cover at significantly lower cost than that offered by the dealership, which took up quite a bit of my time. Whilst worth it (I have literally saved 000s), this shouldnt happen. I also then suffered a delayed delivery owing to a fault being found on the car at the last minute. All corrected and all OK now, but without Amy staying constantly in touch and monitoring progress the deal would have collapsed. So in summary: Great sales response and effort, service needs attention elsewhere!

        Today 27th April 2023, sytner Mercedes Bristol helped me in my hour of need. Impromptu visit and they accommodated my repair request ASAP allowing me to return to my V. I. P duties. All staff first class. A massive thank you to everyone.
