    We did the course with Simon a couple of years back... we still to this day stop ourselves in tricky situations and say 'apply mindfulness' and choose another path. "Thoughts are just thoughts - deal with the facts"! The stress it removes is amazing and it has genuinely helped us massively. We would highly recommended it and Simon is an excellent teacher. You need to come back to Lanzarote Simon and do a refresher course! :-)
