No matter what time of day I ring the Emmersons Green branch in Bristol I always get the message You are in Queue Position 16. My email has gone unanswered. There is expensive unused equipment here to be collected. The hospital arranged to have exactly the same equipment delivered several times over - walking aids etc. Total waste of NHS money and resources.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!! Waited in to have a lot of equipment collected following the sad death of the patient. Given a two hour time slot and they never arrived. Took ages to get through on the phone only to be told that it was only 10 mins past the time slot. Girl on phone said she would contact driver then told me that he would be another 40-60 mins. I asked why they didn't let me know he was running late to which she replied "he doesn't know who to call" I said well you have my number there was no comment to this. I threw the stuff outside and left it for them. had a SMS @ 17.12 to say the driver will be with me at 17.12!!! This was ONLY 110mins outside time slot. Don't know what time he collected the stuff but is now gone. This is what happens when the NHS use private companies, money comes first and NOT the patient. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY AT THIS DISTRESSING TIME.

Delivered a bed within hours of being ordered, and on a Sunday too!. Next day rails were ordered and delivered in a few hours too.
