Long waits before I got through to reception I had to wait over 20 minutes and still no-one picked up but doctors are very good.

Best Surgery! The Nurses and Doctors are always so wonderful and welcoming. I have never struggled to get through to make an appointment and really feel they have my best interests at heart. Thank you so much!!

I have been a patient at this surgery for 27 years and I only have positive things to say. The reception and admin team are very welcoming, they lend a listening ear and are so helpful. The doctors and nurses are brilliant and are willing to help as much as they possibly can. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment and find that the receptionists are very flexible with the types of appointments that I can get due to work commitments. Thank you everyone at Monks Park Surgery.

They dont pick the phone up! Just horrible. On top of that, I have received a text where they told me they are not allow to prescribe medicines that you can buy on the counter. Well, where are my taxes going then? It is a shame. This system is jut rubbish! Kids and evrybody deserve to be seem by a doctor not a pharmacist. I pay taxes to NHS no to be seen by a pharmacist who do not have the same knowledge. No offence, my mum is pharmacist and she is quite knowledgeable but she is not a doctor. Shame! Kids are entitle to get free prescriptions. This surgery only want us to pay even more!
