        Called at 8am ON THE DOT as instructed to try and make an appointment - phone rang for a minute or two, then hung up without even putting me on hold or anything, and now I'm as we speak calling back and it's just telling me the line is busy and not even connecting me. What's the point of a GP surgery I can't even use?

        Impossible to get help. Receptionists are very rude when you get in .Phone line always busy.

        The staff are extremely lovely and welcoming. The care they give is above standard and they always put the patient at the center of their care. Overall an amazing team and practice.

        Really friendly doctor but the phone system is ridiculous. Called and their answer phone was not even working, kept cutting off the call or then saying that they were closed for the bank holiday even though there is no bank holiday?!
