I had used Jeff for over 2 years and had become a regular customer with a good relationship, however I was sent home following MOT advisory work on the near front ball joint with untightened wheel nuts that led to the wheel coming away whilst in motion a few miles out. Upon arrivial at the garage next day with my recovered van, Jeff appeared and literally shrugged his shoulders, whilst suggesting it was the other that the garage had worked on the other wheel. As my jaw dropped, a sheepish Kirk put Jeff straight and thereafter Jeff apologised having viewed the CCTV of the mechanic becoming distracted at the critical moment. The vehicle was made safe and I was credited the cost of the MOT and recovery, however the shoulder shrugg and dismissive attitude was simply unacceptable and unfortunately, I wont be returning.
