        Ive been visiting Tess since the end of 2022 and have had a great experience. Shes incredibly professional and knowledgeable. My shoulders and upper back have been much better since Ive been going to her. She has a great way of making you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. When I suffered a flare up in December she made time for me to come round at the earliest availability and gave me some exercises to do. Im very impressed with what she does and will be continuing to go for regular sessions.
