Bryan and his team are a great bunch of people. Met him at Glastonbury this year and he really knows his stuff. Down to earth and everything you could want for a masseur.

I have had a shoulder problem for the past 4 years which has resulted in tingling sensations in my arms and hands preventing me from being able to relax or feel comfortable in any position. My sleep was awful due to this with tiredness, fatigue and subsequently low mood being a constant in my life. I actually felt incredible desperate and down due to the pain, sensations in my hands and inibility to feel comfortable in any setting. I was referred to physio multiple times by my GP which did slightly help but after the therapy ended all of the symptoms set back in as before. With waiting lists of over 6 months for physio from my GP I decided to contact Bryan as he was the nearest and best reviewed masseuse to me. I contacted Bryan as he was local to me and had good reviews. I was quite apprehensive about spending money as I was set in the belief that if the NHS was unable to help then nobody else would be able to but I was not prepared to wait 6 months. The first appointment proved Brian was incredibly helpful and listened to my concerns and the symptoms I was experiencing. Brian worked my shoulder and neck as he believed this is where the symptoms were being created. I left 50 minutes later with some immediate relief. In further appointments while being massage, Brian asked about my lifestyle and what I spent my time doing to see if there was anything immediately obvious that was causing my symptoms to worsen. Unlike the Physiotherapist and GP's I had consulted with, Brian actually suggested activities to avoid as they were likely to be detrimental to the work he was doing. He also recommended purchasing a neck and back warmer which is the most ugly thing I have ever owned but it has made a huge difference. I am no currently on session 5 and there has been a huge reduction in my symptoms. I am now able to sleep much better, sit in a chair comfortably and live without the constant presence of tingling in my hands. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bryan as a masseuse for muscle problems but also a person who goes the extra mile to help which in my experience is rare these days. Thanks Bryan.

I found Bryan by chance after I had a shock and felt that a massage would do me good - This was about 3 years ago I go now every 6 - 8 weeks for general maintenance (it is surprising how stiff people get - whatever your job I feel that a massage should be as routine as going to the dentist, or options or having your hair cut!!) Do not leave having a massage until after that bad back will not go away - general overall care and massage will help ones general well being There are various prices for different treatments and it is up to you what you have Bryan is professional and he knows his stuff and down to earth Do not leave it until it is too late Bryan also is also able to fit me in at fairly short notice as my lifestyle with temporary work can be a bit hit and miss Bristol Massage centre has a room in the very busy sports centre at Horfield Sports & Leisure centre and provides a quiet haven in what is a busy place Operates most days and takes cash or cheques You can buy gift vouchers and there are discounts for NHS staff
