After many years of exceptional shiatsu massage, I had my first online session with Fen during the 2020 lockdown. Following our conversation and her recommendations, I now do breathing, movement and inward focussed meditation every morning, and have been adding more of the foods suggested into meals. I'm loving it all, feeling the benefit and really value this holistic approach. A new addition to my routine are the bespoke made bath oil and salve. What a revelation! - my skin thanks you, Fen, along with the rest of me! It has all really helped me create more balance and harmony in my days. I was feeling all muddled and messy- Fen recommended aromatherapy and I had the most wonderful massage with my own oil mixture! I cannot begin to describe how much better I feel- both the physical and mental effects! Thank you Fen- you're an angel!!
