I personally have been struggling for years with an injury and the regular meets at great price has helped relieve the tension around my neck and help me feel much better in general. Highly recommended for anyone that is in pain or just needs help in relaxing. The oils she has are great!

I've been back to see Cara a few times since she first opened. I play sports and a very active person so going to see her once a month is a life saver. She knows my problem areas and has many techniques to fix them up. She's professional and asks about my temperature, comfort, offers tea and water, etc.
I will be seeing her on a regular in my future,
