Adam DT Massage

I went to see Adam yesterday for a massage because I've been suffering with cramp and numbness in my arms and pain in my shoulders and neck. He took a look at my posture and identified some issues and could see that my trap muscles were uneven. He then talked through exactly what he was doing, which was really interesting rather than him just doing it and me not knowing what was going on. He kept encouraging me to relax and managed to relieve a lot of stress/pressure than others couldn't. It was really good going to see him and I'll go back soon as my injuries are too much to sort out in one visit. I got home any my wife could see the difference straight away in my posture. She said that my shoulders were much more relaxed and I looked like my normal self again :) Thanks Adam! I'll be back

I recently had a neck injury and wondered if massage would help. I was nervous because I was in so much pain, I booked in to see Adam and explained the situation, he started by gently loosening the muscles around my injury which in turn helped the whole area relax. I was so tense and stiff beforehand, massage helped so much. I booked in again straight away, and went back every few days for a short session. I don't know what I would have done without Adams help, I actually feel he helped me fast-track my recovery. Comparing Adam to other massage therapists I have visited I can't recommend him enough, I feel he really listens to me, understood my concerns and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Even though my neck is completely better I am still going to Adam in future for regular maintenance and because I really enjoy treating my body and looking after myself.
