        We really enjoyed the 6 week baby massage course with Sian, we learnt new skills in a calm and relaxing environment which you can takeaway and repeat at home. It definitely resulted in better sleep for my baby (and therefore me) when incorporated into the bedtime routine

        Amazing 6 week baby massage course. Sin is super lovely and creates a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Me and my wife learnt so much and now do daily massages with my baby, which not only helps with sleep and digestion, but is also a lovely bonding experience. Would thoroughly recommend.

        Me and my baby loved the baby massage course! We did it online which worked well for us. Sian was so engaging, encouraging and relaxed about whatever our babies were doing - my baby was asleep for the first two sessions! - but I still took so much away and was able to practise in my own time. It was so helpful to learn about the positive impact massage has on the various parts of the baby's body, as well as bonding and sleep! I would highly recommend.
