John really knows his stuff and has been very informative throughout my treatments giving me the needed incite to avoid further injury and aid much better recovery. After only my first treatment I found a huge benefit from Johns expertise and left the appointment walking having struggled to get there. Not only do I consider John to be a miracle worker with his considered and intelligent approach, he is also a super nice guy! Highly recommended, I wouldnt go anywhere else

After months of pain in my shoulder, I thought I would seek advice/help as training through the pain wasn't fixing the issue for some reason! John was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He found the issue very quickly and managed my expectations in terms of getting back to lifting heavy weights. But I followed Johns advice, follow up exercises/stretches and I'm now back to lifting heavy weights pain free. I also then had an issue in my back/hip, where John also identified the issue quickly, gave remedial advice and ultimately fixed that one so that I can train as hard as my old body will let me again! Highly recommended.

I came to John with chronic lower back pain (result of past herniated disc) when I couldn't even put my socks on in the morning without extreme pain. John had been recommended to me by a rowing friend and I wasn't disappointed. He approached treatment in a holistic way trying to understand the root causes and muscle imbalances that were creating it and making it worse. John's treatment was very effective and he gave me targeted, achievable exercises to do at home too. I am now pretty much pain free, which is particularly noticeable in the morning. This has made a huge difference in my ability to get started with the day. John is professional yet personable and I trust him to know exactly how to help me bring mobility and motion back into my body.
