Such a good group.where there is no levels everyone is treated the same.the training given is first class.but also made enjoyable

Ive been training with stand strong for roughly 5 months now and can not recommend it more to anyone looking to better themselves physically mentally and improve there self defence and martial arts. The coaches are very friendly and go above and beyond for the club. Wether your starting out your martial arts/self defence journey or have years experience would definitely recommend coming to stand strong.

My daughter has been training with StandStrong since the age of 5 (now 9). StandStrong has helped her physical and mental development, and she is growing into a strong and confident young woman, as a result. The team are passionate and committed to the kids, and I highly recommended giving it a try with your own children (or maybe for yourself!).

I recommend ... I enrolled my 11-year-old son because he has symptoms of autism spectrum, he is afraid of people, screams and additionally he was bullied at the previous school. My son sat against the wall for the first meetings, but Sam has a great approach to children. He was able to encourage my son to participate in self-defense classes and now my son is looking forward to the next classes. If your child has problems, is fearful etc. then I highly recommend classes here. Thank you Sam for everything,you don't know how much you help me and Ollie

My daughter is learning loads at StandStrong. She is always keen to tell us what she has done in the lesson. It's great to see her positive attitude to fitness. There is never a grumble about going to class. Thank you Sam, James, and Hannah for being so friendly and also challenging my daughter to develop.
