        I've been a member for a year and a half now. My 9 year old daughter also takes the junior class. We both love it. I would go every day if family life permitted it. The environment is very friendly. It is about empowering and encouraging, rather than egos and bravado. I'm in my 40's and I've never been so fit or strong in my entire life. It's a super fun way to work out, and great, as a woman, to have the confidence to defend myself if needed.
