Love the environment! Crazy hard work but they were completely upfront about everything before I started Had a couple of the other new guys complain to me (as you get in all jobs!) but I just think they convinced themselves it was different to what it is - the CEO was super clear about everything involved and what was expected of us and has always encouraged questions and an open door policy If youre looking for a nice simple 9-5 desk job I wouldnt apply. I was looking for something fresh, different, social and challenging after the lockdown and got exactly what I asked for! Had such amazing support and mentoring so far Im really excited to see what I can do with my career here
