Worked here a few years back and it is as close to a pyramid scheme as is legally possibly. Taking advantage of young, inexperienced people and manipulating them into work with no pay (all commission) so that the bosses get laid but the people on the bottom of the pyramid often can't make a wage. Should be illegal and to make matters worse they are essentially robbing charity donations without the donors actually knowing. Hope they have improved since I left but I doubt it.
