        After placing an up front order, they failed to tell me when the order was coming, so obviously no one was in to take the order, so the materials got taken back to the depot and fgf wanted to charge us for another delivery attempt I of course refused because of the lack of communication and requested a refund, in which gave us a part refund and not the full amount, Shona decided that she was going to charge us for the failed delivery which they gave us no time or date! Can not be trusted total crooks.

        I visited to view the cedral click samples. Clayton was there to answer my questions and generally be incredibly helpful. Top class service so far, strongly considering using FGF off the back of the experience.
