I purchased the bike in through the Cycle 2 Work Scheme, in June and received the bike Dec. I do not have an issue with this due to the current pandemic and global supply issues. However I have come away from this feeling like I have been taken advantage of for the following reasons 1) Shortly after making the transaction for the bike they emailed an 80 voucher, due to the delays. When I tried to use the voucher it did not work, When i emailed them they said that I had been sent the voucher in error and I should not have received it. 2) I originally ordered the Adventure Disk 2 with brooks saddle, leather grip tape and mudguards, but decided to change to the cheaper adventure disc 3 with the same wheelset on the adventure disc 2. By doing this the bike cost me 70 more than i originaly paid for the more expensive bike. This is because to do this they had to refund me and and repay at the new prices that they increased a couple of months ago. 3. On collecting the bike i noticed that the rear mech was not a Deore as stated on the product page, but was infact an Altus which is a significant downgrade. When I raised this point I was told they are within there right to change spec of there bikes. At no time did they notify me that they were downgrading the components. So it seems they think they can downgrade your bike and still charge you the original price for it.

Corking team, ace service and really gorgeous - but really functional bikes. I was lucky to test ride and review one of the Adventure Disc 1 gravel bikes, which I really rated.

Am delighted with my new Adventure Road Bike. Temple offer what I and many others want; a classic frame with modern Shimano 105 running gear. They deserve to grow (in an industry that works to a high turnover of ugly framed bicycles pretending that the 1 or 2% of dubious novelty really makes a difference..!) Anyway, well done Temple!
