        Terrible delivery service. Driver delivered to a random door and took picture of it as proof of delivery. A door I did not recognise. Luckily the receiver was a guy across the road and he gave me the parcel. Guys, we pay you to deliver to our address, not random neighbour or over the fence. Your drivers should have the numeracy skills to distinguish between number 11 and 13!!

        I have never had a parcel arrive on time from UPS. I have multiple important parcels which needed to arrive by tight deadlines, yet there are delays and no updates and all have arrived late. My parcels have been in my city depo for so long it's stupid. By far the worst option for delivering anything is UPS. I wish ALL online stores would stop using them, please please please just use DPD instead. Tbh, even strapping your parcels to carrier pidgeon would be better. Useless.
