Good on boarding team but average customer service and support once you are fulfilling order through them. I decided to close my account with them on the 24th of October (two weeks ago) and after calling everyday for the past three days, their off-boarding/finance team have left me stranded unable to settle my fees and collect my products which affects my business. I guess now I'm leaving their fulfilment centre they put me to the bottom of the pile.
