Excellent service. I had what I thought was a broken lock. They spent some time testing it and confirmed that was actually working and was another part of the locking system that failed. Not in stock and I needed one quickly so they recommended another retailer that might have it in stock. They did not think about a sale but helping the customer which is quality service. Will always be my first port of call and recommendation.

Very pleased with the service received from Thornhill Security in fixing a domestic door lock. A colleague visited me at home promptly, took time to investigate and resolve the problem, and was communicative and friendly throughout. Would recommend.
