Called yesterday (Sunday) as the barrel had fallen out of our office door. Although the chap was away for the weekend, he still arranged to meet me at the office and promptly fixed the lock. This was a massive relief so the building was secure. Very polite, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend! Thanks so very much for coming to our rescue out of hours! :-)

I called Gary whom I had not met before to deal with a problem on the locking system on my front door. Even though he was busy, Gary arrived within a couple of hours. He investigated the problem and determined the best solution. Unfortunately due to the age of the locking mechanism, it had to be replaced. Gary ordered a new locking system and made sure the front door was lockable and secure until for the interim period. A couple of days later Gary returned and fitted the new locking system which was not a simple replacement and needed some significant adjustments. I was very impressed by Gary's professionalism and work ethic. He is personable and does what he says he is going to do. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Gary.
