These guys destroyed my 150 pair of shoes. I went to get them re heeled but I had to come back five times over four months to repair the defective work. They destroyed my shoes, wasted my time and gave me inaccurate information. Definitely never going back here and would recommend anyone to go to an actual cobblers to fix their shoes :(

The cobbler at this shop lied to me and told me that Timpson was "the only [cobblers] brand in Bristol" - assumingly to get my custom. There are actually two more cobblers on Gloucester road! (I would recommend that you support local businesses over Timpson any way) I went here to get some shoes re-heeled. Only after pushing the cobbler for what he would do to them did he admit he would have to saw the heal down a good inch and then put a new tip on it. He then only admitted that he would make the heal not level with the sole, when I questioned this. This is why I told him I would be going elsewhere.
