Thank you so much for putting this course on for us Kate. It was so fantastically facilitated! Its been a really lovely way to spend a Tuesday evening for the past 6 weeks and I feel like I've made some big little steps towards having the confidence to put my authentic self out there.

Having worked with Kate before I invited her in to work with our team of 15, conducting a workshop on communication skills. It was a fantastic session which everyone benefitted from in different ways, with Kate able to create a session which worked for people in different roles. Feedback from the team has been excellent and it's helped make people more self aware and cohesive in how they communicate, whilst also instilling confidence into the team in the reinforcing the good work they're already doing. We'll definitely look to work with Kate again and would recommend to any other small businesses. Thanks Kate!

An incredible experience and a pure confidence builder. It also allowed myself to acknowledge what I have gained from working with Kate on a 1-1 level. I recently attended The Ultimate Confidence Retreat run by Kate at Confidence & Co. at the calm and inviting Lower Marsh Farm, nestled in the Cornish countryside. I arrived at the retreat with no specific expectation or goals in mind; I came away with a renewed enthusiasm, appreciation and excitement for life and, thanks to Kates outstanding program, the realisation that I possess the tools to take control of my own happiness in life. Kate cultivates a truly unique environment in which her clients feel comfortable, empowered and encouraged to be open and explore their vulnerabilities, push boundaries and look inwards to truly reflect on our core values and the obstacles which may be holding us back. Kate is nothing short of remarkable, and after a weekend of laughter, tears, reflection and bonding, it was unanimously agreed that her program should be taught worldwide. Could not recommend highly enough - thank you Kate and Confidence & Co!!!
