        As a member you can't have a workout then go swimming straight after unless you "book" in this day and age I haven't got time to guess when I'm going to the gym or fancy a swim which could be anytime. Seems like private swimmers, non members are priority most of the time.

        Great pool! But check times as there are limitations! I went in at 7.15 got kicked out at 7.30. As they needed to set up inflatables! They did refund! But if told I could of waited till next session! Also what kid is up that early to go swimming on inflatables!!

        Absolutely shocking online booking system. 3 separate times have tried to book swimming online, but the system glitches out even though theres spaces available. Try to call in to check, but no one picks up. No problem, online says there are spaces, Ill go over and book in person. Well what do you know there are no spaces. Service at the desk also terrible system is just like that sorry. The disappointment in my daughters eyes as I have to tell her the swimming is full, 3 different times, makes my blood boil. Dating from September 22 to April 23, and you lot havent sorted this error with your online system out. Until its sorted, Ill drive to Keynsham and sort out a family membership to Better Health cos at least I know when I can or cant go and the service will be of better quality.
