Rose & Trust - Expert Will Writing

Disappointing experience with SD who communicated with me only by email, got me to re-type my instructions and after collecting all my confidential details told me a week later that he couldn't complete the Will in my timeframe, which I hadn't specified. He advised me to use the TenMinute Will website! Not very impressed.

Phoned about 5 months ago May 2021, answer phone, left details, no response. Phoned again in Jan 2022, answer phone, no response again. Checked tel no, and another no to ring which i did, answer phone, left details and requested a reply, no reply. If they won't accept telephone enquiries, their answerphone should reflect this. Would never use this service.

Many thanks to Rose and Trust for the help and advice we have received from them. Our questions and concerns were handled in a very efficient way and nothing was too much trouble. Since having our wills written we have instructed Rose and Trust to prepare my mother's Power of Attorney. And this has been handled in the same professional way as our Wills. Thank you once again for your help and compassion in this matter.
