        Great service from our will handler LW - explained things easily and was very accommodating of the many changes we requested!

        initial meeting went well with planner, then months pass with no communication, only to get back a long list of legal questions from their lawyer and mistakes made by the initial planner. Just wanted a simple mirror will but of course lawyers love making it more complicated than it needs to be, now were just in a position where the planners advice contradicts the lawyers advice but they both work for Co-op and were stuck in the middle. Would recommend Money Saving Expert remove this service from their recommendations. Ill just ask for a refund or raise a chargeback. Waste of time!
