We've used Cooke Painter for both the sale of our main residence and purchase of a second property, and both times we received amazing service from Helen and her team. We always had a response to any queries we had within a day, and it made such a difference having the same person handling the sale / purchase, compared to when we used an online conveyancing firm previously. Helen oversaw a covenant on a garage conversion which she did promptly, we were so impressed we used her for the sale and purchase of our new home, although some the inquiries seem to take a very long time much longer than we anticipated we can not fault the job she did for us,she explained everything and I would not hesitate using her again,
