        Very rude receptionist I just spoke to. Butted in straight away and told me I was wrong on what I am saying and need to go back to my mediator! I am so shocked. Have rang round a few different solicitors and not been treated like this. Will not be using SH now, no care or attention obviously havent got the time to speak with manners to people on the phone. Bad first impression.
