        Stuart came to our house and serviced the lawn mower. He was efficient and saved us having to take the mower away from home. A part needed replacing and he came back two days later to fit it. A job well done.

        I asked for a service / sharpen of blades, he agreed to sharpen the blades. He did sharpen the blades but that wasn't actually the issue because it made no change to the cut. After a 10 minute Google o realised the issue was the spacing between the cylinder blades and the bottom edge. I just don't get why he didn't see this / at the very least suggest amending it.
