Have been putting off doing my Will for a long time.. Wish I had done it sooner now as it was very straight forward.. I do feel it was made easier due to being at ease the second we walked into Simpsons.. Had a lovely cup of fresh coffee and talked through the procedure with Michelle.. Everything was explained professionally and in detail but also as though we had all been friends for years.. Very highly recommended from me to you..

Michelle at Simpson Kingswood lead us through the process of making our wills. We were very impressed with the service we received. Michelle was extremely thorough and offered clear advice, all the while putting us at ease in what can otherwise be a daunting process. Melissa Witter and her colleagues were both professional and friendly. I was offered a hot drink on arrival to both my appts. Melissa was reassuring and gave me confidence that I had chosen her to draw up my will. I used the Freewill service which was an added bonus. I was sent a draft copy for perusal and on confirmation that details were amended correctly I attended the second appt to sign .I would recommend anyone who is considering writing a will to have a consultation with Melissa.
